NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles Season Finale Dates Revealed
It’s hard to believe another season of NCIS and NCIS: Los Angeles are coming to a close. As the CBS Press Release on March 11th, 2013 reveals, the end is near and fans will have to suffer through another summer of waiting.
While the titles for the Season 10 finale of NCIS and Season 4 Finale of NCIS: LA have yet to be revealed, we can make some assumptions based on what we have seen so far this year.
NCIS Season 10 is scheduled to end with episode 10×24. We still have to meet McGee’s dad in the upcoming episode entitled “Squall” which may give us some insight into the rest of the season. The bridge, I believe, will be 10×20 entitled “Chasing Ghosts” which sounds like Ziva and Leon will be facing their grief again, something the fans have been asking for.
I expect the Season 10 Finale of NCIS will be a two parter, encompassing 10×23 and 10×24. This should be a cliffhanger that will carry over into NCIS 11×01. The story line will involve the NCIS team’s attempts at tracking down Mossad Deputy Director Ilan Bodnar portrayed by Oded Fehr. Many fans are wondering if this means a return of Mossad Officer Malachi Ben-Gidon, played in Season 8 by T.J. Ramini, but no casting scoops have proven that either of these actors will return this season. I would lay bets on Oded Fehr’s return before that of T.J. Ramini, but many fans think I’m wrong in that regard. One thing that we know for sure, the NCIS team (both on screen and behind the scenes) will not just let this story line go to resume it in season 11. NCIS has never done that to the fans. They know that we, like Ziva David, are out for Bodnar’s blood. We may have to wait until Season 11 for that, but something is bound to break in the case, I am sure of it. Bodnar had his sights set on killing Ziva David, so her life will be in danger again, that is certain.
In NCIS: Los Angeles, we have already had the bridge sequence that brought back Sam Hanna’s wife Michell as undercover agent “Quinn” and one piece of evidence was dropped in that episode that lest me thinking. Michelle told Sam that she has been at this longer than him. The upcoming NCIS: RED Backdoor pilot aside, I think that Quinn’s going to play heavily into the season 4 cliffhanger. We already know that Sidorov got away, so what does that mean for the rest of the bombs. Since Quinn did not carry out her task, Sidorov will be gunning for her again. Was her cover blown? Was Sam’s? If so, their daughter may even be in danger. I do not expect the NCIS: Los Angeles team to end the season on a high note, but rather on a cliff hanger which may mean seeing Quinn again in Season 5. What do you think? I love seeing more of the team outside of the NCIS: Los Angeles safe house, do you? I want to see Kensi’s apartment! After hearing Deeks say it’s a mess all the time and she can’t keep a plant alive. What are you hoping we will see in the rest of Season 4 and when NCIS: LA returns for Season 5? Hit the comments and let us know!
